FCS Express reads acquisition-derived compensation from any modern flow cytometer. You may also edit or create compensation matrices within the software. During the webinar you will learn how to use the auto-compensation tools of FCS Express, how to adjust compensation manually as needed, and how to ensure the intended compensation matrix or matrices are applied to your plots in a during the Batch Process. We will also show you new compensation-related features introduced with FCS Express 7, such as NxN plots, Spillover Spreading Matrix, Cross Staining Index, and the new "real time" updating compensation introduced in 7.08.0018.
